Scrapbuggy Challenge #8

The Scrapbuggy Challenge this time was to make a card from the sketch provided and use one of their Buggy Designs. I just love this elephant and have made lots of baby cards with it.
I took some gray and pink twine and twisted it for an embellishment.

Halloween is just around the corner

My first Halloween card of the year. I used the CottageCutz die from MLS and some Doodlebug paper. The trim is made with pinking shears and the details on the raven are from the Gelly Roll pen called Stardust.

My Little Shoebox & The Dog Pound

I made this card with the CottageCutz die called Laundry Line. This is made to go with MLS line of paper Pretty Little Things.

Here is a scrapbook layout I made with a couple of pictures from my daughter & her husband's trip to Disneyland last month.

Lovin' Those Polka Dots

For the last year and half I've been participating in Project 12. Each month a sketch is given and you create a layout based on the activities you did in that month. I have loved doing this. June's project 12 was in conjuction with Scrapbuggy's Recipe Challenge where you had to use lots of polka dots, 2 flowers, 3 buttons and some ribbon. This made it super fun and I love the polka dot theme. Thanks Scrapbuggy!

I even took the same papers and created a card too!

Wedding Cake and a Prom Dress

I used the Celebration Cake die from the Scrapping Cottage to make the wedding cake.
I did a fun little photo shoot before my daughters date picked her up for prom.

Recipes added to my recipe book

My most favorite release from The Scrapping Cottage has been the Kitchen Release. I have been adding a recipe to my book here and there for years now, but with this release I've gotten 4 done in the past couple of weeks.

Several of these dies also come with stamps like the flour and sugar above.

Also the measuring cup die. Aren't these just so cute???

Sympathy Cards

I have thoroughly enjoyed making cards with my PaperTrey stamps and dies. I made up a batch of these Sympathy Cards and really like how they turned out.

All White Challenge

I took the challenge over at Scrapbook Express to create an all white layout for their monthly contest. I would have never done this on my own but with it being a challenge I decided to give it a try. I am very happy with the way it turned out, I just wish it would photograph better, it's
much prettier in person.
